I have decided we should have prefects the prefects will be one person from each house that has the highest exp. for example the Gryffindor prefect can be jeanmarc, and Ravenclaws may be Fred so each house should have a meeting and see who has the highest exp in each house and the person with the highest can be that houses prefect
