You have a good point 
I have the harry potter half-blood prince for wii.And the spells in that are weirder than the offical spells like petrificus totalus shoots a BALL that stuns your opponent and damages them.(of course if they dont dodge them)
Maybe that's because they have to make it look cooler to get more money
I think your right but i think the other one looks better i have got to stop cansting that spell at slytherin there memory is good and they reapet it and i keep losing.
I think I should clarify the question: Should the the Video game only spells that are not exagerated (Ex:Ventus or Glacius) should be considered official here?

Yeah but some were only in certain games and only have been in games, never in books: Depulso, Flipendo, Glacius, Ventus, etc.
