the story will be on you guys going underwater doing the second task for harry potter. but it must be different and save somone or somthing. DUE TUESDAY. the thing you save is going you love to do.

Poopypants78 was standing on a wooden plank ready to dive in the water at first he checked if he had everything then when he heard the loud noise he new he had to begin.So he dived into the water feeling cold but after a few seconds he was swimming looking for anybody that may be trapped down here.Its was a little dark down there so he used his wand and said Lumous maximas and lit the water so he could see better then he saw some tentecles and was wondering what that was? then he just kept on going then a small tentecle wrapped around his neck choking him then he used his wand and said expelliarmus on the creature after his neck free he saw a shadow of someone closest to him he saw someone tied up in seaweed on the legs looking pale. He new he had to rescue the student so as soon as he pulled out his wand and he used a spell on the seaweed and it was cut so he pulled the student up, but RIGHT after that a tentacle again wrapped around his feet. he pushed the student upwards to the surface leaving HIM still underwater then he saw all these strange looking creaturs that dident look happy while he was surrounded he timed them and turned off the light coming from his wand and it was all pitch black and he shot a ball of light into the distance making the creaturs follow it. he rushed to the surface grabing the student and jumping out of the water putting the student safley with the their house. After looking all wet and pale he was happy that he completed the task.

About 150, does it have be recently or it needs to be your top score? And poopypants didn't get over 150 in dodge the death eaters.

He pulled out his sword and shouted ''Lumos''. JeanMarc continued diving. He then saw Eric, his brother. He swam to him but the giant octopus of the lake was in front of him. No wonder why the people never was swimming in the lake with that creature in it. He must've been at least 30 feet tall and would be ready to kill me anytime. *I've never thought of* JeanMarc tought. He then shouted ''Reducto''. The giant octopus's size was reduced and he was now as big as a normal octopus. He then shouted ''Diffindo'' and Eric was now free. JeanMarc then start to go at the top of the water. Eric's head was out at the air. JeanMarc then was caught by the octopus, who regained his normal size. The octopus was about to eat him. The bubble-head spell vanished. JeanMarc was drowning. He then used Sectumsempra on the tentacle that was holding him. It didn't do much but the octopus let me free as a reaction. JeanMarc swam as fast as he could to get some air. Eric and he was out side on the floor again. Jean-Marc used the Hot-Air Charm on both Eric and him. He looked around him. He was the first one to finish. He now waited the score from the judge.

i thought you both had good stories. great improvement, poopypants. i enjoyed reading both of your stories. i am not a judge, i am a contestant, and i was curious what kind of competition i was up to in the second task. maay the best man, or woman, win.

The splash he made was enormous, especially with the fact that the Bubble took a huge place underwater. JeanMarc then saw nothing. He pulled out his sword and shouted ''Lumos''. JeanMarc continued diving without hesitating. He then saw Eric, his brother. He swam to him but the giant octopus of the lake was in front of him. No wonder why the people never was swimming in the lake with that creature in it. He must've been at least 30 feet tall and would be ready to kill me anytime. JeanMarc would've been able to do everything to save his brother, even being killed by that monster. *I've never thought of that...* JeanMarc tought. He then shouted ''Reducto''. I like the idea to get a certain score in a certain game: it makes it more like a tournament, not only a story judging contest. You told it yourself that it should be a hard contest and for now, the only challenge is to write a good story.

I only have one bad comment again poopypants: we were underwater. you never told us how did you breathe uderwater.

This is my story:
The Tri-wizard tournament – 2nd task
Hermione Granger was a fourth year attending Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry. On the night of January 24th 2010, the headmaster, Dumbledore, announced that, this year, instead of playing the most popular sport in the wizarding world, Quidditch, they would be taking part in a tournament held every three years: the Tri-Wizard Cup. Only 7th years were able to take part in this historic event, and Dumbledore had put enchantments around the Goblet of Fire (the cup that names would be submitted into) so that no rule-breaking students would be able to enter. One week later, Dumbledore gathered the school into the Great Hall for the regular feast. After supper, the Goblet of Fire was glowing red, it looked as though it was about to explode.
“SILENCE!!! The Goblet is ready to choose the Champions!” Professor Dumbledore called over the whole of the student body. Everything went silent. At that moment a fiery piece of parchment shot from the mouth of the Goblet.
“The champion from Gryffindor house is … JEANMARC!!” Dumbledore yelled. The Gryffindor table erupted in applause.
As the other names were called from the goblet Hermione crossed her fingers under the long house table.
“The champion from hufflepuff house is… HERMIONE GRANGER!!” the hufflepuff house table roared with applause as Hermione, Jeanmarc, and Poopypants walked together up to the staff table.
*after the first task*
“What am I going to do with this golden egg?” Hermione thought to herself, as she sat in the hufflepuff common room. Hermione was twirling the giant golden egg in her hands. “There must be some way to open it … AHA!” and Hermione found a catch that was holding the egg together, she ripped it off and the egg emitted a horrible screeching noise. She snapped the egg shut again, and fastened it with a belt, so it wouldn’t open again. Everyone who was sitting in the common room had been taken aback by the horrible noise and was looking around for the source of the disruption. Hermione got quickly to her feet and walked over to the girls’ dormitories. It was late, the second task was tomorrow, and she was going to bed.
*next day*
Hermione awoke with a start at 6:00 in the morning. She walked groggily into the common room and plopped herself down onto a chair near the fire. Breakfast was in an hour’s time, and then she would have to face the second task. She had no idea what she would have to do, and her heart was pounding frantically in her chest. 7:00 couldn’t have come sooner. Before she knew it, she was sitting with the rest of the school at the hufflepuff table. She had just started to eat her breakfast when Professor McGonagall came over to her and said, “The task will start in a half an hour. The champions are to meet in the tent beside the lake. Dumbledore will then explain what you have to do.” Hermione wolfed down her food and rushed from the great hall. She ran out of the giant entrance hall doors and down to the lake where the giant squid lived. She ran into the tent beside the lake and noticed that the other champions were already there. She sat down beside poopypants and waited patiently for Dumbledore to arrive. Five minutes later, Dumbledore stood at the entrance to the tent and was beckoning the champions over.
“Something has been taken from each of you, and has been placed at the bottom of the lake. It is your job to retrieve it and you each have 1 hour to do so.” Dumbledore explained briefly in a rushed voice. “Lets go, we’ve got to get you ready.”
The three champions walked over to lake, where there were three large platforms. They looked like oversized diving boards. Dumbledore walked each champion to their own platform and told them that at the count of three they were supposed to jump into the lake and retrieve what has been taken from them. “I have my wand, and I know practically anything that has anything to do with magic. Now what could I use to be able to last for an hour underwater…” Hermione thought to herself. “I can transfigure myself into an animal, maybe a shark! No…” Hermione seemed stumped then she yelled, “ACCIO GILLYWEED!” 1 minute later a bottle of slimy Gillyweed came shooting from Snape’s potion storage cupboard, out of the entrance hall doors, and down to the lake, where it stopped in front of Hermione and dropped. Hermione picked it up and stood waiting for the whistle.
“Three…two…one…*WHISTLE*!” came Dumbledore’s voice from the judges table. Hermione stuffed the gillyweed into her mouth and jumped off of her rickety plank and into the water. Almost instantly she felt as though she’d been thrown into a bucket of ice cold water, and she couldn’t breathe, but just as suddenly as it had came, it left. She could breath, and her fingers looked like the webbed feet of a frog. She felt as though she had been turned into a half-frog, half-human. She began to swim so fast that she could barely see her surroundings. She was going deeper and deeper into the lake. She thought that she saw the giant squid once, but was going too fast that it was hard to be sure. After what a half and hour, she found what she had been looking for. Staring blankly in front of her, she looked into the eyes of what seemed to be a mob of merpeople. They were guarding what seemed to be a large cage, and inside the cage was… “MY CAT!!! No, no, no, no, no! CROOKSHANKS!!” Hermione caught even herself by surprise when she shot forward like a bullet and pulled out her wand. The merpeople were caving in on her. “CONFUNDO!” Hermione yelled to each merperson, in turn. The merpeople were bumping into each other, they were very confused. Hermione swam down to the bottom of the lake, and pulled out a piece of seaweed. She then yelled “DURO!” and the seaweed turned to stone. I know looked like a slimy, green sword.
“DEPRIMO!” Hermione yelled, and a huge hole blasted through the cage in which Crookshanks was in. She used the hardened seaweed to cut Crookshanks free of the ropes, and started to swim up to the surface of the lake. She could tell that the Gillyweed was wearing off. She propelled her feet even harder. Within seconds she was at the surface of the lake, she swam over to her platform and climbed out of the water. Crookshanks was safe, and she was safe. All that was left to do was await the results from the judges.

The end of 2nd task wow, that took a while to write

ok guys the third and the task after that (witch i wont tell you guys) will be super hard and i will make it harder for the more stuff you got. so for jeanmarc you will have a big challenge.
